In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. 1. What Content Does ShareKarlo Host?

ShareKarlo is primarily an informational and review-based gaming portal. We publish game reviews, guides, news articles, and blog posts. Download links on our platform may redirect to official game publishers, Steam, Epic Games Store, or third-party file hosting services. We do not host copyrighted game files on our own servers unless we have explicit permission from the rights holder. If you find any infringing download link, please let us know.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Request to Remove Link)

If you believe that content available on or through ShareKarlo infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our Designated DMCA Agent with all of the following information:

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

ShareKarlo reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We take intellectual property rights very seriously and have a zero-tolerance policy for repeat violations.

6. Response Time

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 72 business hours. If the claim is valid, the infringing content/link will be removed or disabled promptly. We reserve the right to restore content if a valid counter-notification is received.
